Product development
The customer provides requirements, the factory R&D formulates the Product schematic for the new development on market research feedback, the factory R&D prepares samples, the customer confirms the samples, the customer places an order, the two parties sign a contract, the customer pays an advance payment, the factory purchases raw materials, the factory produces, the factory inspects and ships, the customer pays the balance, and the factory arranges shipment.

Please send us your design with your specification first, we need to check all the details with your need before the order.
For the samples
We will send you the prenatal samples before the production, you can check and confirm whether need to change any details at that time.
For the price
After checking the design and specification, we will offer the final exact cost for you.
For the shipment
We will check the materials for your order before the production, and then will offer you the exact shipment.
Q:How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
A:Our company controls the quality of orders as the details below. First, we will discuss the order details with the buyers to clear all the possible outstanding points. Then we will make pre-production samples for buyers to approve the size measurement, color, style and making. As soon as all the details are clear then we will start with mass production. We accept the inline inspection and the third-party inspection before shipment. If there is any quality problem, we will contact the buyers and discuss how to solve the existing problem(s).
Q:Can you provide samples? How much does it cost?
A:Yes, we can send samples for quality inspection. The sample fee is [Product quotation: 3x the standard price], which will be deducted from your formal order payment later. Shipping cost is borne by the buyer, and we can arrange delivery via your designated courier or our cooperative logistics ([OCS/DHL/FedEx/UPS]).
Q:Do you accept customizations (logo, packaging, specifications)?
A: We support OEM/ODM services. Custom logo, neutral packaging, or modified specifications are available. Please provide detailed requirements (e.g., logo file format, packaging design draft, spec parameters), and we will quote the customization cost and production time ([7-10 working days]) separately.

Q: What’s your quotation process?
A: Please provide product model, quantity, customization requirements, and destination port ([Los Angeles Port]). We will quote the unit price, total amount, and lead time within [24] hours. The quotation is valid for [7] working days.
Q:How long is the production lead time?
A:For custom orders or bulk purchases ([500+ units]), after receiving the deposit. it will take [25-35] working days, depending on the production complexity.
Q:Can I place a trial order first?
A: The minimum order quantity for standard products is [500] units. we welcome trial orders to help you test the market. The trial order quantity can be [50-100] units (adjustable based on product type), and the unit price will be slightly higher than the bulk price.
Logistics & Payment FAQs
Q:What shipping methods do you offer?
A:We support sea freight, air freight, and express delivery (DHL/FedEx/UPS/OCS). Sea freight is suitable for bulk orders (cost-effective), air freight for urgent orders, and express for samples or small orders ([3-5] days). We can also cooperate with your designated forwarder.
Q:What payment terms do you accept?
A:Our main payment terms are T/T (30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment), L/C at sight, and PayPal (for sample orders). For long-term partners, we can negotiate more flexible terms (e.g., 20% deposit, 80% balance against B/L copy).
Q:Who is responsible for customs clearance?
A: If the trade term is FOB, the buyer is responsible for import customs clearance; if it’s CIF, we will handle export customs clearance, and the buyer completes import clearance. We will provide all necessary documents (commercial invoice, packing list, CO, etc.) to assist with clearance.
